Join us for day two of the one and only Gordon Webster Band! There will also be some killer diller competitions and performances to watch tonight too. Don’t miss it!
Gordon is one of the most sought after musicians in the Lindy Hop world! His tremendous musicianship and passion, supported by his first-hand knowledge of social dancing, have inspired lindy hoppers at hundreds of dance events worldwide. Drawing on influences as diverse as Fats Waller, Count Basie, Oscar Peterson and Gene Harris, Webster serves up a smorgasbord of styles unified by one characteristic: irresistible danceability.
He’s also a Boston favorite and an undisputed King of Swing. He also recorded his most recent album: Live at Boston Swing Central (commemorating our Crosby Whistle Stop dance studio) back in 2013.
